Delivery within Malaysia
Upon successful clearance of payments, we will process the order within 2-3 working days. Standard delivery process will be as below:
West Malaysia: 1 to 7 working days

Overseas Delivery
Those items for shipment to countries outside of Malaysia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees.
Hai-O Raya Berhad is no liable to pay any import fees imposed by destination customs.
The standard delivery process for overseas takes about 14 to 30 working days.
Gift-Wrapping and Hamper Services
We provide complimentary gift-wrapping service whenever required. We also provide customized (according to your specification) hamper service. All you need to do is just drop us an email customer_care@hai-o.com.my and we will attend to your every need!

Return Policy
We will accept returns from customers within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment by you on the following conditions:
(a) Incorrect or defective item(s) delivered to you; and
(b) The items returned to us is in their original condition.
We will refund or exchange the same or different products with the same value of money depending on the customer’s request.
The refund process takes about 7-14 days depending on your payment method.
Hai-O Raya Berhad reserves the right to decide for the item sold out deem non-refundable or exchangeable.
