BARAHONDA Summum (750ml)
After a selection of ungrafted Monastrell grapes, the wine spends 16 months in 90% American oak and 10% of French oak. It is characterized by intense, jammy fruit and smooth, toasted aromas with a meaty, structured body and an inviting and persistent back palate which indicates a wine with a good life ahead of it.
Barahonda Summum
Red wine produced from hand-selected Monastrell grapes. The vineyards are located 800m above sea level. The vines are over 60years old. Aged for 16 months in French and American oak barrels.
The wine is unfiltered in order to retain the full aroma and flavour. Some sediment may be present.
