Located between the villages of Margaux, Cantenac and Soussans, the vineyard of Durfort-Vivens seats on the ridge of deep gravels. These gravels were brought by the Garonne river in the Quaternary era. This great terroir offers early maturity and allows the Cabernet Sauvignon to fully express finesse and silky tannins, a guarantee of freshness and elegance typical of the great Margaux, also in their second wine Vivens.

Bright cherry-red coloured wine.
NOSE
Complex nose releasing woody, floral and fruity scents.
PALATE
You will be charmed with this medium-body wine revealing a broad texture, fleshy tannins and a medium finish.
AGEING
16 months in 20% new oak.
PAIRING
This wine will accommodate many dishes or will be enjoyed alone as an aperitif with little fine meat or fresh cheese.
