HAI-O Refreshing Fig Soup (Serves 5-6 persons)

Function:
Clear away heat and moisturize the lung

Direction:
Use 300gm of lean meat or chicken and mix with the above soup mixture. Add 10 bowls of water and stew for 2 hours. Then add seasonings and ready to be served

Ingredient:
Fig, Polygonatum, Dioscorea, Fructus Lycii, Semen Nelumbinis, Bulbus Lilii, Dried Longan.
