条款与细则

A) 竞赛日期

  1. 活动日期为2025年1月3日 (1:00pm) 至2025年1月12日 (11:59pm) 。
  2. 活动将在2025年1月12日,11时59分截至,迟于该时间提交的参与作品将不被受理。

B) 幸运儿筛选:

  1. 幸运儿将通过随机抽选产生,并于2025年1月14日在海鸥连锁店官方社交媒体账号上公布。
  2. 幸运儿将在名单公布后3天内通过社交媒体私信联系。

C) 取消资格:

  1. 不完整或未符合要求的参赛作品将被取消资格。
  2. 海鸥连锁店保留取消不符合条款或含有不当内容作品的权利。

D) 其他条款

  1. 参赛者需确保其参赛作品不侵犯任何版权、商标或知识产权。
  2. 通过参与比赛,参赛者同意授权海鸥连锁店将其视频用于宣传用途,且无需额外支付报酬。
  3. 海鸥连锁店不对因平台技术问题或提交延误造成的参赛问题负责。
  4. 海鸥连锁店保留随时修改、更改或修订这些条规与条件的权力,恕不另行通知。

E) 协议

  1. 参与本比赛即表示参赛者同意遵守上述条款与细则。

Terms & Conditions

A) Campaign Period

  1. The campaign runs from 3 January 2025 (1:00pm), to 12 January 2025 (11:59pm).
  2. The submission deadline is 12 January 2025, 11:59 PM. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

B) Winner Selection

  1. Winners will be selected through a random draw and announced on January 14, 2025, via Hai-O Chain Store’s official social media accounts.
  2. Winners will be contacted via direct message on social media within 3 days after the campaign ends.

C) Disqualification

  1. Incomplete entries or those that do not meet the requirements will be disqualified.
  2. Hai-O Chain Store reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the terms or contain inappropriate content.

D) Other Terms

  1. Participants must ensure that their submissions do not infringe any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
  2. By participating, entrants grant Hai-O Chain Store the right to use their submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  3. Hai-O Chain Store is not responsible for issues caused by platform technical problems or delayed submissions.
  4. Hai-O Chain Store reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  1. Participation in this campaign signifies that participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
