条款与细则
A) 竞赛日期
- 活动日期为2025年1月3日 (1:00pm) 至2025年1月12日 (11:59pm) 。
- 活动将在2025年1月12日,11时59分截至,迟于该时间提交的参与作品将不被受理。
B) 幸运儿筛选:
- 幸运儿将通过随机抽选产生,并于2025年1月14日在海鸥连锁店官方社交媒体账号上公布。
- 幸运儿将在名单公布后3天内通过社交媒体私信联系。
C) 取消资格:
- 不完整或未符合要求的参赛作品将被取消资格。
- 海鸥连锁店保留取消不符合条款或含有不当内容作品的权利。
D) 其他条款
- 参赛者需确保其参赛作品不侵犯任何版权、商标或知识产权。
- 通过参与比赛,参赛者同意授权海鸥连锁店将其视频用于宣传用途,且无需额外支付报酬。
- 海鸥连锁店不对因平台技术问题或提交延误造成的参赛问题负责。
- 海鸥连锁店保留随时修改、更改或修订这些条规与条件的权力,恕不另行通知。
E) 协议
- 参与本比赛即表示参赛者同意遵守上述条款与细则。

Terms & Conditions
A) Campaign Period
- The campaign runs from 3 January 2025 (1:00pm), to 12 January 2025 (11:59pm).
- The submission deadline is 12 January 2025, 11:59 PM. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
B) Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected through a random draw and announced on January 14, 2025, via Hai-O Chain Store’s official social media accounts.
- Winners will be contacted via direct message on social media within 3 days after the campaign ends.
C) Disqualification
- Incomplete entries or those that do not meet the requirements will be disqualified.
- Hai-O Chain Store reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the terms or contain inappropriate content.
D) Other Terms
- Participants must ensure that their submissions do not infringe any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
- By participating, entrants grant Hai-O Chain Store the right to use their submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Hai-O Chain Store is not responsible for issues caused by platform technical problems or delayed submissions.
- Hai-O Chain Store reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

- Participation in this campaign signifies that participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
