“Fat Choy”, also known as Nostoc flagellifoe, a fungus of the genus Nymphalidae. It is named “Fat Choy”which mean hairy vegetable through its black hairy appearance. “Fat Choy”is a famous food and known as “The Precious of Gobi”.

It can found mainly in Ningxia,Shaanxi,Gansu and Qinghai,China. Most of the “Fat Choy”in the market has been reproducing into dry products.
