GLOU Essence of Fish is made from the freshest quality fish and 5 types of precious medicinal herbs, refined and condensed using the latest scientific methods. This product does not contain any cholesterol, artificial colouring or preservatives.

This product is a daily nutritious food supplement, it can be taken directly from the bottle, chilled, warmed or added with water according to taste.
Shake before consumption. Please consume within 12 hours after opening due to no preservatives added.

Dosage:
Adult: One bottle daily. Children 4-12 years old: Half bottle daily. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 12 hours.
