HAI-O Cordyceps Flower Soup (Serves 5-6 persons)

Function:
Nourishes and revitalises the body.

Direction:
Use 300gm of lean meat or chicken and mix with the above soup mixture. Add 10 bowls of water and stew for 2 hours. Then add seasonings and ready to be served.

Ingredient:
Cordyceps Flower, Astragalus (Bei Qi), Dried Logan, Fructus Lycli (Qi Zi), Polygonatum (Yu Zhu), Dioscorea (Huai Shan).
