Features:
The axial root is slightly conical in shape with several fibrous roots, the root tip is round and flat. Prepared by crosscutting, the surface of the slices showing a broad cortex with brown spotted oil cavities and an even xylem, cambium ring appearing between them. It is soft in texture, delicately fragrant. It is sweet, acrid in taste and warm in nature. It is attributed to the channels of the liver, heart and spleen.

Direction of Use:
Take Radix Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui) 2-3 times a month to maintain health. For women, consumption should be ideally timed a few days before and after menstrual periods.

How to Stew:
Take 1 chicken drumstick (remove the skin), add in about 12 grams of Radix Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui), 3 pieces of black dates, add water and let simmer. Suitable for one person's consumption.
