Pagoda Ben Chiew is brewed with high-quality glutinous rice, wheat, and winter water from Lake Jian Hu. It is crafted by a national- level master brewer using traditional handcrafting techniques. During the brewing process, no caramel color is added, preserving its natural hue. The wine is aged in clay jars and naturally fermented, resulting in a natural amber color.
