American Ginseng Soup (Serve:5-6 persons)
Nourish and revitalise the body.
Direction:
Use 300gm of lean meat or chicken and mix with the above soup mixture. Add 10 bowls of water and stew for 2 hours. Then add seasonings and ready to be served.
Ingredient:
American Ginseng, Polygonatum, Fructus Lycii, Dioscorea, Dried Longan, Astragalus.
Refreshing Fig Soup (Serve:5-6 persons)
Clear away heat and moisturize the lung.
Direction:
Use 300gm of lean meat or chicken and mix with the above soup mixture. Add 10 bowls of water and stew for 2 hours. Then add seasonings and ready to be served.
Ingredient:
Fig, Polygonatum, Dioscorea, Fructus Lycii, Semen Nelumbinis, Bulbus Lilii, Dried Longan.
Supreme Aroma Ba Kut Teh(Serve:4-6 persons)
Preparation:
– 1 packet of Supreme Aroma Ba Kut Teh Herbs and Spices Mix (2 filter bags)
– 1 kg meat (ribs, chicken, mutton or others), cut to preferred size.
– 1500ml (6 bowl) water.
– 1 sachet of sauce mix
Cooking Method:
– Put in 2-filter bags (do not open) boil for 20minutes
– Add meat, sauce into boiling water
– Simmer for 1 hour
– Salt to taste
Ingredient:
Angelica Sinensis, Polygonatum Odoratum, Cinamon, Lycii Fructus, Piper Nigrum L., Codonopsis Pilosulae, Glycyrrhiae Preparate, Ligustici Wallichii, Dried Garlic and Sauces.
